Shipping

We use UPS & USPS to provide the best possible service to our customer. Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days and should be expected to arrive We are unable to ship International orders at this time.

We will ship via USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority based upon the items ordered. We can offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) upon request. Please email our customer service at support@scrubhaven.com before you place your order to request these shipping options. Because of the nature of our products and the various sizes and weights, expedited shipping costs can vary greatly. 

Shipping rate is automatically calculated in your card during checkout. Please note that all orders over $75 will automatically receive free UPS ground or equivalent shipping.  

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the COVID crisis, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made for the foreseeable future. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause but the returns and exchanges come back directly to our store and as we're an essential business and still open to healthcare workers, for their safety we cannot accept items back. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the trouble.
